A word from our founder, Joe

“I started Sliding Doors Masters back in 1996 for a simple reason: I kept meeting homeowners who'd been told they needed to replace a perfectly good sliding door, when all it really needed was a set of rollers and a little know-how.

Back then I was working out of a single truck here in Orange Park, driving all over Jacksonville fixing doors the big companies didn't want to bother with. I learned every brand, every track, every roller and lock made — and I learned that treating people honestly is the only way to build something that lasts.

Nearly three decades later, that hasn't changed. We've grown, we've trained a team that shares the same standards, and we've kept our promise: tell people the truth, fix it right the first time, and charge a fair price. If a door can be repaired, we'll repair it. If it truly needs replacing, we'll tell you that too.
